Negative Bright Hall effect with mango tree(s)
Applying (MING Tang) or Bright Hall effect in Feng Shui... A mature frangipani tree has both its branches and leaves that are spread out. There are in general two colours: white or pink/reddish. This home although has a large frangipani tree; compared to the mango tree; this tree does not overwhelm the front yard. It also is lovely to look at with its pinkish flowers.

Negative Bright Hall effect with mango tree(s)
A mango tree that is planted in the ground and often more than 10 years old will have lots of closely packed leaves and can grow tall and "rounded". Often, such trees will encroach or cover area making the ground below very dark and "yin". It is not that favourable for homes e.g. in this attachment to have huge mango tree(s).

A practical & functional common corridor windows
Case Study: This home has a very practical and functional window design at their flat/unit with living room windows sharing the common corridor of a HDB flat. The home owners changed the existing sliding windows by "splitting it into two. With the lower half being frosted. Has to anything to do with Feng Shui? Not directly. It has more to do with common sense. For example, if one is more likely to open the windows because of the split windows; this means that the home can be more airy and allow for better ventilation within. As compared to a home owner that always closed all their windows facing the corridor for fear that someone could peep in or for privacy reasons. This design gets the thumbs-up as it allows for both privacy and ventilation. Unlike the existing HDB design that compromises either of the two. This may be a one-off. As in my many visits to HDB blocks all over Singapore, I had not seen another unit sharing this design. What a pity!

The Buddhist Swastika
The Buddhist Swastika The Buddhist were the first to use the Swastika sign. Which during World War II had a really bad name. As the German Nazi's copied and use a similar design. In the photos; this temple had used the Swastika design on both their fence and main gate.

Placement of laughing buddha
IN SUMMARY "The laughing Buddha serves as a symbol of joy and positivity in home decor, offering a welcoming presence that contrasts with more serious figurines. Its versatility as a decorative item allows for placement in various settings without strict adherence to traditional rules." Master Cecil Lee, Geomancy.net +++ These are some considerations: 1. The laughing Buddha shares a similar theme as a pair of chubby well-endowed smiling lions found on the gate posts of some landed property homes. 2. Instead of a fierce looking chi-lin or qi-lin "guarding a home" 3. What this means is than especially for the owners of a home; coming home and greeted by a laughing Buddha is considered as having a good feeling. 4. Other than that, the laughing Buddha is actually a commercial product or even considered as a "decorative" piece. Unlike a serious figurine like a Guan Yin which has to be placed onto an altar. 5. As such frankly, in my opinion; there are no rules or regulations with such a decorative item i.e. laughing Buddha. Thus generally, placing the figurine next to or beside such things as a wifi lan module or even close to a set-up box etc.. is not that a great deal. If one really has no space; then this is the least of the concern or no issue.

Bed head sharing wall with altar
These are some considerations: 1. Both sides of the wall: 1.1. In the master bedroom, move the bed slightly out from the wall. 1.2. On the altar side, don't place the figurine(s) e.g. Guan Yin too close to the back of the wall. 2.When either partner sleeps. Do you have "bad dreams?". If no, then generally, given that there is no choice; still can live with it. But if either one of the partners have recurrent "bad" dreams; then this is a tell-tale sign that all is not right. 2.1 But if either partner can easily sleep and sleep like a "pig" then all is fine or OK.

Waterway Terraces @Punggol : Hexagon(s)
Waterway Terraces Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans waterway-terraces.pdf Ultimately, one of the most distinctive designs is HDB Waterway Terraces 1 @ Punggol, which has recently achieved its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP). If my memory serves me correctly, the last design that could be considered unusual or rather unique was the Pinnale @ Duxton. This entire complex, referred to as HDB Waterway Terraces, appears to feature exterior curves that are smoothed out. One of the most "unusual" experiences I encountered was during my visit to a stack/unit in the morning. It seems that the morning sun illuminates the neighboring walls, creating a glare when one stands by the windows of any of the rooms: the living room, bedrooms 1, 2, and the master bedroom. I anticipate that in the afternoon, the sun will shine on another section of the block, thereby reflecting that "white" wall glare into the bedroom. If one or the entire family finds themselves needing to wear increasingly thicker glasses... well, one might as well attribute it to residing here!

Seeking advice on Sky Terrace at Dawson
Rocky T. wrote:2) It was mentioned somewhere that the best position in the house is SW facing but it seems like our SW is located with the household shelter. is it very bad for fengshui? Take for example a man born in a specific DD/MM/YYYY; He is called Mr ABC. The two attachments are a guideline for him to select a "suitable" house. Another chart shows which areas of the house is auspicious or inauspicious to him. For this person Mr ABC, SW coincidentally seems to be very auspicious sector for him. However, for another person, it may not necessary be so.

Moving to a New House
Frankly, it could be an uphill task to DIY. As even a normal chart takes us around 5 hours to work out. You could just apply some of the easier charts:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports.htm Especially, which bedroom is in which sector and best for whom (if possible). And see if you can understand the "sleeping direction" / study directions etc.. with some of the above free reports. The above are Nice-to and not a must have. On your question on "if we could start moving in our " Yes, it is possible. The clue can be found in the attachment Q1 and A1. See the attachment.

Kitchen directly underneath bathroom
Thanks for the layout plans. These are some considerations: 1. Common sense : Ideally, the sewerage pipe(s) does not run directly above a stove. As there is a 1 in a million chance that the sewerage pipe may leak or burst sending "chocolate stuff" downwards. That's all. 2. Under symbolism in Feng Shui, best not to have the WC throne directly above the stove. If this is not the case, then phew! 3. For a bedroom above the kitchen; so long as the bed/bed-head is not directly above a stove; this is a plus point. Otherwise, what you have is acceptable. As frankly, there is often no such thing as a perfect home even if one builds it from scratch.

Watercolours EC (Past By Ranking Excercise)
I have personally visited the showroom. Indeed, I have witnessed firsthand how the showroom, particularly the bedrooms, appears significantly larger than in reality. For instance, the master bedroom can only accommodate a queen-sized bed and would struggle to fit a king-sized bed along with many stacks or units. Moreover, the raised floor tiles at the main entrance match the color of the main floor tiles, and if nothing is placed at the edge of the entrance, one can easily imagine a child or an elderly person tripping over the raised flooring. (Refer to the illustration) The only advantage is that this is currently one of the few executive condominiums and condos that feature solid walls throughout the interior of the home.

Lucky Numbers
These are some considerations: 1. Under the Chinese system; some consider one's Gua/kua no. as the lucky no. Find out your Gua (Kua) Number? 2. And under ba zi; there is also one's favourable(plus wealth colours)and unfavourable colours.Find out you Personal Element? On the other hand; if one dwells into numerology; there are at least a few hundred formulas and methods as well as some astrologers use cards; some use birds or other animals to pick numbers for you. Thus, since there are so many numerology formulas and methods; the saying goes: "One man's meat is another man's poison". The outcome couldin a law of averages come up to 50-50 percent ...or none at all.

Working Place - Inauspicious?
In my opinion, once a person is cremated e.g. and placed into an urn; this is "pretty" safe i.e. "ashes to ashes". Usually, slight caution is especially when a grave was exhumed and best not to touch or be given any items from such a site e.g. a button or someitems that was left in that coffin. How about, someone has just died recently; a wake and sent to be cremated. This is generally pretty safe especially after the body has been cremated. Frankly, in any line of "business", there are sometimes hazards that one may face. For example, even usfor geomancers; once a while; during our course of work; we do encounter homes and premises that are not "clean". If one goes about your normal admin work; in my opinion; there should not be any concern whatsoever.

is waterfall in a wedding good or bad?
In my view, the following are some important considerations: 1. The concept is that one is not wedded to the waterfall itself, but rather situated close to it. 1.1. One might be apprehensive about being married to a waterfall. However, since this is not a lasting arrangement, and provided that the waterfall does not disrupt the ceremony—such as water splashing onto guests or food—it is generally acceptable. 1.2. Alternatively, if the sound of the waterfall significantly overwhelms the atmosphere and disrupts the announcements and activities of the wedding. 2. Most of the aforementioned points relate to common sense. 3. Auto-suggestion and self-fulfilling prophecy: it is advisable to consult one's elders first. For instance, speaking with a grandmother (matriarch) to ascertain if she has any taboos, if applicable. If there are none, then the prospect of having a wedding here appears more favorable. 4. Have you sought the advice of a 'crazy' geomancer? If you consulted a geomancer who practices a simplistic form of ba zi, where they inform you or your partner that they are a fire person and should avoid water, etc., then if you have encountered such an individual, you must decide whether to accept or disregard their counsel. 5. Indeed, I have attended weddings abroad that were near artificial waterfalls, among other locations. 6. Furthermore, there are even instances of couples marrying while wearing scuba diving gear in a large tank, etc.. 6. And there are even those who got married wearing suba diving gear in a large tank... etc.. Okay.. most likely one of them is a Navy Seal. LOL
