Plot House Centrepoint
1. I very rarely apply what I called a combination of EYE-BALL method and using AN ELLIPSE outline to determine the centre of gravity. 2. I only apply this method, in such a situation as this layout plan. 3. I will firstly eye-ball roughly the centrepoint or what I perseve as the centrepoint. And using one or two or three trial and error, use the paint program to draw an ellipse covering all the BORDERLINE of the entire unit. 4. Once, done, and it looks fine, this should be the centrepoint or close to it. 5. For this layout, and using trial and error, to me, it was still quick. I managed to get or fine tune the ellipse only after just the 2nd time round. 6. Again, I am applying I perceive as login. If the entire layout borders are enclosed even with lots of odd missing area; the oval shape encasement of all the borders and finally drawing the centrepoint of the oval, should give a good perspective as to where roughly the centrepoint is. 7. In this case, this oval or ellipse method does share the same or close to the same centrepoint as what i had one in the earlier RED and PINK marking. Only slight deviation as to the exact centrepoint. Thus the margin of "error" can be minimal.

Plot House Centrepoint
These are some considerations: 1. You might want to consider the method of photocopying the layout and place it onto a cardboard and cut-out the outline... balance it onto a pin sort of thing. 2. In my opinion, based on a quick eye-ball method; 2.1. I have outlined two outlines: 2.1.1. IN RED 2.1.2. IN PINK 2.1.2. In both cases my estimate is that your centrepoint or centre of gravity should like somewhere close to the intersections outlined in either RED or PINK. Please see attachment

Placement of the photos
This now becomes more like an advertisement: 1. Do you have lots of photos and still like to keep your home clean? 2. Do you have limited space in your home to display many photos? 3. In a few years time, do you think you will have many obsolete tablets lying around? Look no further....

Placement of the photos
1. Today's generation rarely if ever hang late great grandparents and even late grandparents photos. 2. Thus, frankly, there should not be some residual "guilt" if any if we do not display or remove their photos (for safe keeping - even if some of the photos where formerly used at their altar some time or other or "prayed to"). 3. In your case, I personally feel, just "file" the photos (or keep them aside - be it in a photo album or those A4 or smaller document holder - no issue. 4. Usually for modern homes, there are limited wall "real estate" to hang your very first family photo. Do what other "normal" family does, go by the feel. 5. In common sense Feng Shui:- 5.1. Avoid "sensitive" or recognisable photos or portaits facing a corridor where outsiders may peer in. 5.2. For example, if one is living along a HDB corridor and when the main door may be opened or some windows opened, the test is that no one should be able to look into and view your family photo. 5.3. If one is staying at the ground floor or even on the 2nd floor, often, depending on the window configuration, often leave the centre area of the window opened. 5.3.1 And someone at ground level may again peer into the window(s). The test is not to let them (passer-bys) see your family photo or portait. This is just common sense. 6. During these few years onwards, nowadays, those "led photo frames" are another practical consideration. 6.1. Within a single "real estate" or table top; one can "recycle" many photos on that single led-photo album. 6.2. If one is or was an iPad fan, may someday, when ipad goes into iPad 3 or 4 or 5; may consider even using their older models such as iPad 1 for such a purpose....

What element should these trades belongs to?
1. Applying Strategic Management Principles: 1.1. The Industry one is in. 1.2. The job function. 2. You wrote and the key word that strikes out clear is PRODUCES. 3. Thus, in the text book form of Five Elements Concept; production can be summed up as the "FLUID" process of creating products. Thus overall, it is more INCLINED towards the term "Water" element. 4. If one takes up a general course such as "Master of Business Administration". 4.1. Many of such courses would have various topics such as: 4.2. The MBA graduate should after finishing the course be able to appreciate and understand the various functions such as: 4.2.1. Finance and Accounting 4.2.2. Marketing and Sales 4.2.3. Operations Management 4.2.4. Human Resource and Organisation Management 4.2.5. Strategic Management. 4.2.6. Econs and Statistics 4.2.7. Logistics Mgmt. 5. Given the above example; an MBA graduate is suppose to be able to hold a higher position. Such as a CEO or M.D. (Mad Dog = Managing Director). 6. You cannot say that because the CEO does a bit of Finance-Accounting supervision, Marketing drive, Manufacturing (Ops management) etc... He's job function is a Jack of All trades .... abit of Fire, Metal, Water, Wood and Earth element 7. BUT OVERALL WHAT IS HIS MAIN JOB FUNCTION? IS TO GROW THE COMPANY. 8. Thus, when we describe the CEO, we don't describe him as a Jack of All trades : Master of Metal-Water-Wood-Fire-Earth but rather his main responsibility to growth = WOOD ELEMENT. 9. Therefore, the above, highlight that a CEO, who is suppose to supervise the entire operations can if you want to call his job function a HYBRID. You are not wrong, here. But you may have forgotten the BIG PICTURE. What is he there for? 10. Many employees in a company end up doing many job functions. In Japan, some ladies also have to make tea for the boss etc... photo copy, etc... Tell me how many secretaries do only one job. Again there is no right or wrong answers.

Aircon Position advice in master & common room
Frankly, as I had mentioned all the best practises in the two links that I had given you. Look at it this way: no bedroom is like a tupperware fully air-tight. Sure got leaks. So long as the air-con is not blowing directly towards one's body. Even if the location is ugly, what to do. An air con fcu is as it is. In Singapore, by right, one should not be drilling into a support beam and HDB flats do have support beam and some instances this is was were a suppose to be a good location. Aiyah, many condos have fcu above the toilet as mentioned previously. A reasonably good fcu; would be able to cool down a room even if some leaks. Again, it is not like your room is a tupperware. If you want to talk about leaks, even the windows or bedroom door can have leaks there. Frankly this is no big deal. Again, all these talk about fcu, has more to do with common sense than actual Feng Shui. Some even say that they don't like the fcu above the door as the pipes are above the door. As to some of these people, it symbolises "water or waste pipe" about the door. In Feng Shui, other than the considerations in my earlier links; the rest should be treated as "peanuts". There are greater things to look out for in Feng Shui. For example, look ugly, leaks etc... there is no perfection in the placement of the fcu. Again, common sense prevail in the installation of the fcu. (FCU = fan coil unit)

Uncompleted Waterway Terraces I & II
The uncompleted Blocks 308 and 310 Punggol. From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; the stacks are cemented together in some kind of a broken hex type of design. Highly unusual. But from a first view; many stacks because they are "glued together" can be generally considered as "not favourable external shapes and forms due to perhaps, how qi is going to circulate properly within many stacks. As there is a waterway running between Block 308 under Waterway Ter I and Block 310 Waterway Ter II; the architects have opened up the hex at locations facing the waterway from both blocks. Truly, a highly unusual design. Very uncommon design. For such a development; more likely; depending on which stack one lives it; fortune can either grow sky high or put one in a rut! Thus if we were to average out the luck in each of the above two sites; it no longer may look like a bell curve chart. But rather like today's society: the very rich vs the very lucky... "DAMN"

Identifying Fake or Bogus Feng Shui (Fung Sway)
As mentioned earlier, a great feature of Bogus Feng Shui is the rampant sales of highly marked up commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. Some people are already burdened with problems or in a vicious cycle of poverty or stress related issues. And these Bogus Feng Shui marketers have no qualms in pushing these products. Leading to some poor guys and gals into a black-hole of no return. Remember this: WHEN THE BUYING STOPS, THE SELLING CAN!

Aircon Position advice in master & common room
Contrary to your opinion, many condominiums do have air-con condensers directly above the toilet door. Especially so because the air-con pipes can be hidden within the false ceiling and also allow the "fluid" from the air-con to flow or drained out. If you have the time, you should go thru some of the past resources. Such as below:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27292&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=14371&new=

Assortment of water features
The key to understanding what makes a good water feature is not getting an exact copy of any illustration of a water feature. But rather; to understand the Five Elements and what makes a good water feature. Where if possible, the water feature comprises all FIVE elements. Reference: http://fountain.geomancy.net

Fengshui Element for Business Logo
In my opinion, based on a rough guess, based on what I feel your key word might be: "knowledge"; if knowledge or imparting knowledge or a depository of knowledge and perhaps providing advice or guidance could be (may be) considered as belonging to the "Wood" element. It also depends on the key description of job function. For example, if one is trying to do telemarketing or sales on the phone; then it could be considered as the Fire element.

HDB Casa Clementi - Which units are lucky today?
1. This is a simple method of checking for threats. 1.1 Take some photos. Follow the attached sample, draw e.g. a red line and follow it towards the unit main door unit. 1.2 If the red line or arrow does not aim directly towards any part of an OPEN door or the area where the main door can be exposed during opening of door; then this is OK. 2. Photos show that the edge of the walkway wall is not a threat nor sha qi (poison arrow). 2.1 There is no threat to this Main Door of several stacks in this Casa Clementi development.

Identifying Fake or Bogus Feng Shui (Fung Sway)
== FAKE OR BOGUS FENG SHUI == 1. Fake Feng Shui websites features and sells commercial products in the name of Feng Shui. 2. "Many people always asks this question: Where is my Cai Wei (Wealth Sector)." Why disappointment them! "Tell them what they want to HEAR! Then SELL IT TO THEM! "

HDB Sunshine Gardens @ Choa Chu Kang Ave 1
Nowadays, as you can see, many people approach Feng Shui, even before they select their flats. This is a smart choice and this is an uprising trend especially from 3 years ago. The most efficient method is, in my opinion, for a Geomancer to use a BLANK canvas such as the entire sitemap and start "painting" information onto the sitemap. Seriously, if you take a glance at the attachment... it takes many hours to plot the facing direction of each individual stacks, analyse and work out comments.... But don't you think it is worth it? At a glance, especially at a time critical situation, where your turn comes, someone else sitting at the next booth is also selecting a flat; you don't want to miss that "great" UNIT of yours!

(Low) Sky Bridge and Garden @Punggol Sapphire
This year, is the year of "sky bridges". And this "sky" bridge at HDB Casa Clementi should be considered the Mother of all sky bridges... Look at the two photos, it must costs quite alot of money to build an oval elderly friendly link bridge. BUT, we do pity the person pushing say a wheel chair from the ground up onto this ramp very elaborate rap. For heaven's sake, all blocks have lift and they also stop at this "garden" area. In my opinion, no wonder, why the price of new government or rather PUBLICH housing home priceshave shot-up! SOME ONE MUST have been made to subsidise such elaborate structures... GUESS WHO?
