Clementi Central 448 market Boon Kee wanton and soy sauce chicken noodles
My favourite Boon Kee noodles closed on a Sunday. No choice, wanted to have comfort food. To me , this stall is so-so. The only thing outstanding is their fatty charcoal roasted char siew meat + chilli sauce. Unfortunately, the chilli sauce is mild. And very little. Their Cantonese style noodles are not as firm. This is because when it becomes cold, it sticks or soggy like. Although they provide self-optional helpings of fried pork lard. These are really not fresh and has a strong smell. To be fair, one can always skip this. Their wanton skin is thick. But to be fair, their wantons have pieces of prawns and flavourful. I will only eat at this stall as a last resort. In the past, also on a Sunday, before the above wanton stall had opened, tried this fish ball noodle stall:- I really did not like it at all. Have been keeping a distance from it. To me, this has to be one of the worst Fishball minced meat noodle stall ever.

Is it ok in feng shui perspective if we decide to buy 2nd hand bed frame, chairs & electric appliances? This is not Feng Shui. More to individual considerations... for such things do check with parents for their opinion P.S. In the past many homes have a matriarch have the final say.

Have started to review some of the other August 2020 releases. Have yet to look at this site. Ok, this is really not Feng Shui. Several years ago, I had a client who had purchased a new = a condo unit. They told me that they have difficulty moving (selling) their existing HDB home at Pine Close: ”Good location as it is within the fringe of the city. But was told few Enquiries + potential HDB buyers seems to find the area’s price costly. LOL” (Need deep pockets.. not for young buyers - thus smaller market size for homes in such a location especially if the unit is four or five bedders type.)

As mentioned, previously. This has nothing to do at all with Feng Shui. If your wife or yourself finds it uncomfortable with a real gun like thing in a specific place in a room. Then why give yourself "the agony" of carrying on such a baggage?

Case Study 1: Very good impressions of the spaciouness and overall good Shapes and Forms Feng Shui at this former quary site. Also Riverina View (estate) may later be renamed as "What view?" Road 1. From a non-Feng Shui perspective, if one's work-place is in Jurong or Tuas this location may be quite far away. 2. But from the standpoint of Feng Shui, nowadays hardly can find such a generous distance between each flats. 3. Plus the amount of nearyby water, greenery. 4. Costa Grove shown by the red dot, below. Pulau Ubin (as a buffer from Johore) is just "next door" to HDB Costa Cove 5. The "losers" would certainly be a stretch of landed homes (as shown by the bold red-line) along Riverina View:- 5.1. Sarcastically, one may even say "What View?". Or apply for the road Riverina View to be renamed as "What View Drive". 5.2. In Singapore, it is possible to have a road renamed. For example around the year 1999, MCL was close to completing a condo development off Yio Chu Kang. However, at that time the project is along Jalan Woodbridge. 5.3. A marketing nightmare if buyers find themselves with an address like block 110 Jalan Woodbridge #01-33 etc... 5.4. Fortunately, MCL got Jalan Woodbridge changed to Gerald Drive! 5.5. The reason given also was that Woodbridge Hospital was no longer along Jalan Woodbridge. Nowadays the Woodbridge Hospital can be seen from some units along HDB Buangkok Wood estate. Please re-read my earlier reply. Frankly, I don't want you to waste your time and effort by merely posting such tourism/ holiday type of photos. Seriously, asking such a serious question and sending such piecemeal or "no head no tail" photos and seeking again serious advice is a "joke". Case Study 5: Poison arrow from the roof-line of Drop Off Point (DOP) towards Stack 120 1. Potential poison arrow from the roof-line of the DOP towards #02-120. Fortunately, no concern for units higher than #02 storeys high. 2. The potential poison arrow is less of a threat towards #02-122 (if any) 3. For example, a similar DOP design can be found at HDB Fernvale Rivergrove:- The Drop off point roof-line is imposing. And can be a poison arrow as shown, below:- Another photo showing the roof-line slicing towards level #02. For Bishan Towers Stack #120 it is worse-off given that such an imposing roof-line most surely slices towards it's living room, bedroom(s) and master bedroom.- HDB Bishan Towers BTO launched in August 2020
Case Study 4: Sha Qi and Block 156B and stack #112 1. Vehicles turning out from Block 157B Multi Storey Car Park has a slight imbalance towards Block 112. 2. The good news does not have major issue. Safest is to avoid purchasing unit #02-112. 3. Anything above #02 are okay or acceptable.- HDB Bishan Towers BTO launched in August 2020
Case Study 3: The Precinct Pavilion (PP) + better planned estate 1. Although it is a considerate choice to place the PP tucked at one corner of the estate, however, if one looks at the site plan, one cannot feel sad that the PP could have been moved closer towards Bradell Road and thus areas marked in RED like A and B be planned with or stacks. 2. Thus I am pretty disappointed with the way this estate was planned. Again it is a blessing in disguise for those who managed to get a unit at 108, 110, 128, 130 and 132. Which should be an envy of their future neighbours, there. - Wow... the report came back so fast.
