We married on (hidden) Feb, which was one of the most auspicious days you have calculated for us. Everything went on smoothly on that day and i guess that's some little luck we had too! Secondly, I have called Mr Cecil Lee this afternoon and have verbally confirmed his first visit on this ...

It is a pity that other there is a void as shown in green "A". This void between stack 03 and 04 is like a "chamber" that further magnifies the MRT train noise. Of course it does not affect the "other side" of the unit. But still such a pity... Hopefully, the MRT track has a noise baffle screen...but not still have some noise. Hopefully, one's unit will not be affected by the MRT track noise... again it depends on the storey etc.. The green arrows show potential noise from MRT trains.

Further to what I had mentioned; Under Period 8; the home you mentioned can come under "Excellent". But come Period 9, it is considered average. When compared to the Period 7 West 2/3 = "go commit suicide.." type of scenario... Now, which is worse-off?

Yes, it is not ideal. But there are others that may be even worse off. For eg. a Period 7 West 2 /3 chart, where the water star #9 is at The Central palace.
