  1. 1st neon yellow electric kick scooter that I had ever seen. Usually they are ebony or jet-black (noir). And this one seems to be made from carbon-fibre.
  2. Walkway trellises are also potential poison arrows if they are also aimed towards a unit's opening such as the balcony doors or windows.
  3. Eastvale @ Pasir Ris and Sha Qi or poison arrows Pyramid shaped roof if aimed directly towards a unit's balcony or windows is a poison arrow.
  4. This is excellent information and your analysis is consistent with my experience.
  5. Artra at 10 Alexandra View is a 400 unit mixed development. Although it is touted as just a few metres away from Redhill MRT, the bane is perhaps the noise from the daily screeching of braking MRT trains. Note: attached map = source: one map.sg
  6. HDB Waterway Terrace I and II There is a tablet describing how this design won an international design competition... see one of the photos... Having been here many times; still give me that factory type JTC industrial building feel.. Just like visiting an SME client...
  7. Majority of stacks/units in Woodlands Pasture II are either NE1 or SW1 facing units. NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.
  8. These are some considerations: 1. Not all homes have the frontage at the carpark side or drive-in-to home side. 2. There can be a possibility that in Feng Shui the "backside" of this home could in reality be the garage side. 3. If so, the living room side could be the frontage. This is especially so, if there is a better view from the living room windows or terrace. 4. This applies: https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Feng_Shui_Triage 5. In general, usually under shapes and forms Feng Shui, a circular staircase is not preferred. 6. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, not ideal for bedroom doors to directly face each other.
  9. May affect future resale value. For example, if a potential buyer may bring along their geomancer. And if that geomancer is utra-conservative.. they may view the entire stack as...
  10. On the surface, the home seems acceptable in relation to the shape. But it is not just about the surface. If an out of control vehicle comes in; it may just slam into the basement and 25 .. Similarly a vehicle exit would have to curve up...
  11. 21A and 23A can be considered as less regular. But not highly unusually irregular. The sample layout that provided shows that the living areas are rectangular.
  12. These are some considerations: 1. When a convex meets a concave; this is suppose to be a no-one gain situation. 2. The good thing is that it does not matter how big one's mirror is; if the size of the smaller one is already 3"inches. 3. It is considered not wise to place a concave facing a concave mirror. 4. Thus, it is considered the right thing to use a Yang = conVEX mirror against a YIN = conCAVE mirror. This is suppose to neutralise each other. 5. But do remember to remove your conVEX mirror; once the conCAVE one is taken down by your neighbour. Others: Based on the photo provided, there is a palm leaf and christmas tree blocking neighbour's supposely conCAVE mirror. If so, it does not look like the neighbour's concave mirror currently is facing your main door. Thus, this should be considered, before you even place the mirror. The only reason why you should place a convex mirror are these "spikes" as highlighed in red.
  13. The Type A1 is more common.
  14. One can use the search feature in this forum. For eg. " Ba Gua" mirror and there are around 200 plus pages in this subject. Using the above search function: http://forum.geomancy.net/wiki/Types_of_Ba_Gua_Mirror
  15. 1. A conCave mirror is meant to "suck" wealth. Hopefully the neighbour is aware of this but avoid doing so. 1.1 But obviously, they know a thing or two. 1.2 On the contrary the conVex mirror is to deflect Sha Qi or poison arrows. 2. Traditionally, a 6 hollow wind chime symbolises "strong metal" is usually place (quite similar to) Para 1.2 to deflect poison arrows. 3. Often to counter is to use a simple conVex mirror; without all the Ba gua trigram markings. 4. To counter: conVex against conCave and/or vice versa. 5. A simple red plastic bordered conVex mirror is often considered the preferred option. 6. If neighbour is willing to remove the mirror; that is the best. But looking at your situation; may not seem hopeful at all. Photo shows a plain or simple conCave mirror. Size is around three inches in diameter.
  16. Prata, thosai and brani... three most common... This board lists Thosai Battura Chappati set Appom Idly set Puri Roti Prata And Chicken/Mutton briyani
  17. Look at this chart from International Property Advisors reproduced by the Straits Times: Downgrade or surrender Any flats with remaining 60 - 56 years lease or less... needs careful planning when buying such a unit. Unless, it is "free" or at a "fire-sale". This is certainly doubtful. New or 10 to 20 years old... may still be palatable...
  18. House marked as A although is at a T-junction; But the least affected by it: 1. House is set-back away from the main gate 2. There is another service road marked by B and C. Marking C is where if a vehicle ploughs straight towards A.
  19. The Creek @ Bukit (freehold) Next to or surroundings: Nothing hill Suites, Kismis View and High Oaks condo Along Toh Tuck Road/Toh Tuck Terrace T.O.P. This year
  20. Desperate times (for the thieves) in Marine Parade landed Property cluster. House breaking incidents. East Coast Road /Still Road Junction: The empty plot is now under-construction: Vanilla condo... Joo Chiat Road/Still Road Junction:- Dunman Road Junction/ Tanjong Katong Girls School:-
