In this development: stacks 2, 3 and 4 faces NW3. While stacks 1, 5 & 6 faces SE3. Stacks 2, 3 and 4 are NW3 faces another development Sea Avenue Mansions. NW3 stacs/units has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. Wise to disarm them. If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness SE 3 facing are stacks 1, 5 and 6.The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed.

  14. Currently, many developers are inclined to utilize dry walls for certain interior spaces, including bedroom partitions. Therefore, it is important to be cautious of any potential EMF radiation, especially if the head of the bed is positioned against the same wall as the mounted television.
  15. There are many concepts in Feng Shui:- 1. Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; generally it seems acceptable placement. Or alternatively the bed can be placed directly on the opposite side of the wall. 2. You wrote: "So please tell me any cures to be applied. Thanks for your attention." 2.1 For cures...one has to apply various Feng Shui concepts:- - Eight House concept: Best directions - Flying Star concept: Ploting the flying star numbers in the bedroom. For example, Master bedroom is at West. And contrary to what you wrote; for this example; it is not about a cure but rather an enhancement. As there is a #6 with #1 = Romance luck:- 3. Traditional Feng Shui is not just a two sentences and presto! Here lies the answer...

  17. Seaside Residences & shared common rubbish bins located on each floor. All HDB sales brochures will clearly indicate the position of the shared common rubbish bins on every floor. In contemporary times, many newer HDB developments and private apartments may feature two types of bins: recycling and common rubbish bins. However, it appears that, thus far, all private developments have consistently failed to emphasize this aspect to their prospective buyers. One cannot entirely fault the developers, as they prefer not to draw attention to this issue, fearing it may adversely affect their sales. A brief review of several layouts reveals that there are no internal rubbish bins present. If you are concerned about having a rubbish bin adjacent to your main entrance, it is advisable to insist on obtaining this information from the Hutton's representative managing Seaside Residences before you proceed to sign any agreements.
  18. Seaside Residences : Can or Cannot Buy and By the process of elimination Common sense says that one should never buy a unit directly or indirectly facing the Bin centre. Here, between the devil (the bin centre) and noisy ECP highway (the deep blue sea).. sadly.. the bin centre is the "first priority" to avoid first. Thus, Lower floors of Stack 01 (directly or indirectly) facing the Bin Centre should be avoided like the plague. Even higher floors.. given that this can really hurt the resale value of the development).
  19. Seaside Residences @ Sigap Link takes advantage of the seaview; thus many of the units have an outstanding view of the sea. On a clear day and high floors; one can even get to see Indonesia's Batam island. My major grouse is that even if majority of the blocks are set-in a distance away from the busy ECP; many lower floor units will still "enjoy" the traffic noise along this highway... Anyway, this plot is the last plot at the fringe of District 15 that is virtually, next to the seaside... From Laguna Park onwards.. it is district 16. In 1975, the land where Seaside Residences situated is a small bus depot for bus service 16. Then, Victoria Junior college was not yet built. And the only visible buildings were the newly completed HUDC Laguna Park at 5000 Marine Parade Road. And it's nearest neighbour the newly minted Mandarin Gardens. This plot sits on reclaimed land. The pool side is where it will be the noisest as this is directly facing the "seaview side" and East Coast Parkway ECP highway. Under Flying Star Feng Shui, from 2024 to 2043; there is a change in Qi. However, normally two years before especially 2022 onwards, the change is more significant. Since this development on paper is expected to TOP in the year 2021 or perhaps 2020; left only 2 years of Period 8. Thus, for us geomancers, we will have to consider this in our evaluation of the Can or Cannot buy.

  22. Squatters of SGP land caveat emptor... Minister for National Development (MND) Lawrence Wong says that majority of occupiers (apologies I mean squatters) of 99-year leased homes have to surrender their flats when the lease expires. As government has no means to en-bloc each and every flat.. The Minister wrote on the MND blog: “For the vast majority of HDB flats, the leases will eventually run out, and the flats will be returned to HDB, who will in turn have to surrender the land to the State.” “Do not assume that all old HDB flats will be automatically eligible for the Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme, or SERS. SERS, as the name implies, is on a selective basis.” Hopefully by then...one never knows what our future government will be like. Only time will tell.
