Damaged tile flooring. Historically, certain home interiors utilized broken marble flooring. Does this represent poor Feng Shui?
Some things can never be properly explained when they involve both stigmas and taboos ++ BROKEN TILE FLOOR Damaged tile flooring is rarely seen in residential interiors such as living rooms, dining areas, and bedrooms. However, during the 1980s, some local homes used broken marble tiles that were filled and sealed with epoxy, usually in shades of white, cream, or light pink. While Feng Shui does not specifically address this issue, the field of symbolism, stigmas & taboos offers additional insight. Some people associate the word “broken” with negative meanings. In contrast, no one would consider evenly laid rectangular tiles undesirable, as this is the standard way tiles are installed. Nevertheless, the herringbone pattern for floor tiles can make some people feel uneasy because of its sharp, pointed layout. Again, this has more to do with Symbolism than Feng Shui.

HDB Skyparc at Dawson & HDB Dawson Vista - Which units are lucky today?
HDB Dawson Site 😧 HDB DAWSON VISTA This development that onlyhas two blocks 78 and 79 has stacks that either face Period 8 Flying stars N3 or S3:- N3 = 57, 61, 63 & 65 S3 = 51, 53, 55 & 59 Block 78 Stack 51 has it's kitchen at NW sector = Inauspicious Fire at Heaven's Gate. Thus be extra careful in the kitchen layout. N3 Stacks/Units = 57, 61, 63 & 65 has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" or rear (kitchen/yard) of the unit. Thus has less favourable luck than the S3 stacks. S3 = stacks 51, 53, 55 & 59 are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.

New condos: Interior walls = dry walls not solid
“New HDB flats with flexible layouts” A term which simply means “we are using drywalls in your flat too!” In the last few years; many new HDB flats has play catch-up with the condominiums and ECs. To make it sound nicer; the use of drywall’s has led to a nicer sounding theme: “New HDB flats with flexible layouts” This is to say that all older HDB flats inner walls were once constructed with hollow-bricks or pre-cast concrete slabs. But today, I have come across many new HDB estates using such dry walls: Ang Mo Kio, Sengkang, Punggol, Yishun and many other new estates.

HDB Skyparc at Dawson & HDB Dawson Vista - Which units are lucky today?
Based on a quick glance; the bigger 5 bedroom type: Block 96, stack 86 most likely has it’s kitchen at the inauspicious NW or commonly known as “ Fire at Heavens Gate”. Three other stacks circled in blue have a much smaller footprint; thus on a quick glance; most likely have this same issue. But nevertheless, it is good to confirm if this is correct.

This cyclist in Punggol stole a bicycle light from Mobike
Photo shows another similar orange coloured Mobike. Circled in yellow shows where the light should have been. What’s left was the cover for the light. No wonder the thief has to use cable ties to secure it to his own bike. On a closer look; the thief actually removed the entire light fixture. And he also stole the hex bolt. Below, shows a newer model light fixture which seems less easy to be stolen. This company seems the most progressive. As their bicycle tires have circular honeycomb structures: therefore both puncture proof and never needs to pump the air-pressure.

This cyclist in Punggol stole a bicycle light from Mobike
Was at Pungool for an audit. Noticed that this person had stolen a bicycle front light off an orange Mobike. He used cable ties to secure this stolen distinctive orange light... Dare not approach or confront him on this.
